At Volunteer Fox Cities, we believe that volunteers are the heart and soul of our community, driving the success of every cause and mission. That’s why we dedicate ourselves to developing and offering services that empower and support local organizations.

Our services are available to all nonprofits, schools, churches, and government agencies. Every organization is part of the Volunteer Fox Cities’ Nonprofit Network—whether you join as a Partner (free) or as a Member (paid). We offer flexible options so organizations of all sizes and budgets can access tools, resources, events, and support to strengthen volunteer engagement.

2026 Offerings & Services

Partner (Free):

We offer the following services to Partners at no cost:

  • Limited Access to Get Connected: All local organizations can access our volunteer matching platform at no cost. Partners may post up to two active volunteer needs at a time (please note that full technical support and training are not included.) 
    • Board & Committee Opportunities (New in 2026): With NPLI’s Board Connect platform retiring, VFC now hosts the primary local resource for board and committee postings! Get Connected is recommended by NPLI alongside LinkedIn, Idealist, and Points of Light Engage.
  • RSVP Station Option: Connect adults 55+ with meaningful volunteer roles in your organization through our AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program. Requirements per our AmeriCorps Seniors grant:
    • Organization must be located in Calumet, Outagamie, or Waupaca counties
    • Provide a safe environment, clear volunteer roles, and training
    • Track volunteer hours and communicate with RSVP staff
    • Complete an MOU and allow occasional site visits
  • Email List Inclusion: Stay informed with updates and announcements about upcoming initiatives, including:
    • VolunteerFEST invitations (space permitting; participation fees apply): Our volunteer fairs help showcase your mission and volunteer opportunities to community members eager to give back (participation fees apply).
    • Volunteer Engagement Training Program (VETP): Launching in 2026 after a successful pilot, this nationally recognized Points of Light series provides best practices, tools, and peer connections for anyone managing volunteers.
    • And More: Additional opportunities and resources shared throughout the year.

Member (Paid):

We help Members strengthen their volunteer programs by providing personalized support for volunteer engagement and recruitment, assistance with special projects and events, and opportunities for education and networking. Our goal is to empower Members in every aspect of volunteer engagement.


Members receive all Partner services plus:

    • Full access to Get Connected with training and technical support to promote your organization, volunteer needs, and events.
    • Amplified visibility:
      • Radio Spotlight on WHBY’s Focus Fox Valley (spots limited)
      • Social media promotion for urgent volunteer needs
      • Inclusion in the Volunteer Connections Holiday Guide
      • Amplification through VFC’s other extensive networks, like our Workplace Volunteer Council and RSVP.
    • Personalized Guidance on volunteer recruitment, program best practices, and designing impactful volunteer projects aligned with your goals.
  • Project & Event Support
    • Coordination of volunteer teams for short‑term projects
    • Access to Give Back Buses & Mystery Missions for larger group projects
  • Special Events
    • VolunteerFEST Perks:Enjoy waived fees and early registration for our volunteer fairs. Saving $75+ per VolunteerFEST.
    • Exclusive Invitations: Access outreach, recruitment, and other special opportunities.
  • Education, Networking & Resources
    • Member-only gatherings and workshops
    • Volunteer Engagement Training Program (VETP) discounts. Members receive a $50+ discount on VETP registration.
    • Access to a Members‑Only Resource Hub (launching 2026)
    • Peer connections through a WhatsApp Community (launching 2026)

Engagement Options & Pricing

We make our services accessible to all nonprofits—regardless of size.

Choose one of two options:

  • Partner (Free): Limited access to select services.
  • Membership (Paid): Pricing based on your organization’s type and annual operating budget (see table below) for fairness and flexibility.

Important details regarding membership:

  • Membership is tied to your organization’s EIN—not individual programs or departments.
  • All Membership tiers include equal access to benefits, ensuring organizations from grassroots to large agencies can fully participate.

Note: The $400 For-Profit Healthcare tier has been discontinued due to low utilization. Organizations operating in the for-profit healthcare or hospice sector that are seeking volunteer engagement and recruitment support are encouraged to contact us directly.

Eligibility & Compliance Requirements

  • Nonprofits: Must be a 501(c)(3) serving the general community.
  • Churches: Eligible only if roles serve the broader community and are not tied to religious instruction or proselytizing.
  • Political/Religious Activities: Volunteers cannot be recruited for political campaigning, religious instruction, or proselytizing.
  • RSVP Stations: Additional requirements apply (see Partner section).

  1. Complete the form below: Fill out all required fields to start or renew your connection with Volunteer Fox Cities.
    Note: This form and any required payment are due by January 31, 2026. If you anticipate difficulty submitting payment by this date, please contact Melissa using the contact information below.

  2. Invoice Processing (if applicable): After submitting the form, we will process your information and send your invoice (if you’ve chosen a tier with a fee).
    Note: Credit card processing fees will apply for all credit card payments.

  3. Confirmation Email: Within two weeks of receiving your form and/or payment, you’ll get a confirmation email with:

    • Details about your benefits
    • Tips for making the most of our services
    • Additional resources to help you get started
