At Volunteer Fox Cities, we believe that volunteers are the heart and soul of our community, driving the success of every cause and mission. That’s why we dedicate ourselves to developing and coordinating services that empower and support local organizations.
Our services are available to nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, government agencies, and, starting in 2025, for-profit healthcare organizations. As a member-based organization, we operate on a calendar-year membership structure with annual dues determined by organization type and operating budget (details below).

Services & Membership Offerings
Non-Member Services:
We offer three services available to all organizations at no cost:
- Limited Access to Get Connected: Thanks to generous funding from the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, all local organizations can access our volunteer matching platform at no cost. Non-members may post up to two active volunteer needs at a time. (Please note that full technical support and training are not included.)
- VolunteerFEST Invitations: Participate in Spring and Fall VolunteerFESTs, space permitting. (Participation fees apply.)
- Email List Inclusion: Receive updates and announcements about opportunities and upcoming initiatives.

2025 Member Benefits:
Volunteer Fox Cities supports members with personalized assistance in volunteer recruitment, project planning, and events while offering educational and networking opportunities.
- Recruitment Support: Full access to our Get Connected platform, promotional opportunities, seasonal outreach, network amplification, and expert guidance.
- Project & Event Support: Assistance with volunteer project planning, event logistics, and access to volunteer groups.
- Special Events: Waived fees and early registration for VolunteerFEST, plus invitations to exclusive opportunities.
- Education & Resources: Monthly gatherings, workshops, newsletters, and new 2025 features, including a members-only site and a Mini Nonprofit Resource Center.
- Additional Perks: Free customized Volunteer in a Box kits for eligible projects.

Introducing Membership Tiers - New for 2025:
We are thrilled to announce new membership tiers designed to better serve organizations of all sizes, from small nonprofits to for-profit healthcare organizations! These tiers are structured based on your organization type and annual operating budget. Please note that membership is linked to your organization’s EIN, rather than individual departments or programs.
501(c)3 Nonprofits, Schools, Churches, or Government Agencies:
— Organization Annual Operating Budget ≤ $250,000: $200 Membership Fee
— Organization Annual Operating Budget > $250,001: $350 Membership Fee
For-Profit Healthcare Organizations (New for the 2025 Calendar Year):
— $400 Membership Fee
All membership tiers include equal access to benefits!
