Volunteer Fox Cities’ Corporate Challenge is a high-energy, team-based experience that brings local businesses together for a day of service, friendly competition, and connection.

Teams come together in the afternoon, traveling to mystery volunteer locations where they roll up their sleeves and support local nonprofits. After an energizing afternoon of service, teams reconvene at Holidays and Tommy’s Mini Golf & Arcade in Appleton for trivia, challenge activities, and a celebratory happy hour, competing for bragging rights and community pride.

This is not your typical corporate outing – It’s a fun, feel-good experience your team will talk about long after the event. And best yet? Your participation fuels a stronger, more connected Fox Valley.

Team Details 

• Teams can be formed in whatever way works best for your company, whether that is a department, leadership group, ERG, interns, or simply colleagues who want to give back together 
• Teams include up to 8 members 
• Multiple teams per company are welcome 
• Each team member receives: 
  • Access to Tommy’s Mini Golf & Arcade 
  • Appetizers 
  • 2 drink tickets 
  • Team swag

Day-of Schedule 

• 12:00–12:30 PM: Travel to your mystery volunteer location (Carpooling is recommended!) 
• 12:30–3:00 PM: Volunteer with your team 
• 3:30–5:30 PM: Tommy’s Mini Golf & Arcade (3950 N Richmond St, Appleton)

  • Networking 
  • Challenge activities and pub trivia
