Whether you’re looking for a fully planned experience or just need help finding opportunities, Volunteer Fox Cities offers both no-cost and fee-based services to fit your team’s needs and budget.
  • No-Cost Service: 
    • Get Connected – Volunteer matching made easy
      • If your team has the internal resources to plan and coordinate volunteer experiences, Get Connected is a great place to start!
        Browse local volunteer opportunities on our easy-to-use, no-cost online platform, accessible anytime through our website.
      • Need help getting started? We’re happy to provide a brief introduction to the platform upon request.
  • Fee-Based Services:
    • Note: Due to planning needs and staffing capacity, not all services are available for every event or project.
    • Referral Service – Let us do the connecting
      • Based on your team’s size, impact area of interest, and desired activity type, we’ll recommend three nonprofit partners and make the introductions for you.
      • Fee: $150
      • Requires at least 4 weeks advanced notice for planning.
    • Full-Service Concierge Volunteer Project Planning & Delivery – We handle everything
      • Not sure where to start? We’ll work with you to design a customized volunteer experience—tailored to your goals, team size, and timeline.
      • Note: Fees vary depending on group size, project complexity, and any supply costs. Custom quotes available upon request.
      • Requires at least 8 weeks advanced notice for planning.
    • Give Back Bus – A volunteer adventure on wheels
      • This one-of-a-kind team-building experience gets your group to hop on the bus and out into the community for a unique volunteer project—or two! It’s an exciting, energizing way to connect your team through service.
      • Fee: Starts at $650
      • Requires at least 8 weeks advanced notice for planning.
    • Volunteer in a Box – We’ll bring the project and impact to you
      • Perfect for staff retreats, meetings, or ongoing team-building, these hands-on kits can be completed on-site at your office, at an offsite venue, or during hybrid events. Encourage employees to give back in a fun and flexible way.
      • Fee: $10–$50 per kit
      • Requires at least 8 weeks advanced notice for planning.

The first step is to complete our Corporate Project Application below.

To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that all project requests be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance for Referral Services and 8 weeks in advance for all other services. Requests submitted with less than 4 weeks’ notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be declined based on project scope and staff availability.

A service fee applies to all projects coordinated through this application. (See Fee-Based Services section above for details.)
