Give Back Bus Corporate Application

Thank you for your interest in the Give Back Bus and Mystery Missions! Please complete this form if you are interested in ditching the board room and bringing the Give Back Program to your business.

All corporate rides start at $500.For a more accurate price quote, please fill out the application form. Factors that may increase pricing: volunteer project coordination, time spent at volunteer opportunity, more than one volunteer location, more than one volunteer opportunity, number of volunteers, etc.

Each corporate ride includes:
• All planning and coordination for a successful group volunteer experience
• Management of all RSVPs for the bus
• Pick-up and drop off with the bus at your company or desired location
• 2-4 hours of a volunteer activity, including drive time
• Team building activities on the bus

By completing this form, you agree to these items below between your organization and the Volunteer Center:

• You agree to one pick up location, between 10-20 minutes from the nonprofit volunteer opportunity.
• You agree to have no less than 15 employees and no more than 40 for each bus.
• You agree to pricing as outlined by Volunteer Fox Cities after initial meetings and scope of project/amount of staff involved.
