Request a Volunteer Group or Volunteer in a Box Kit Donation

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Volunteer Fox Cities (VFC)! Use this form to request:

  • An on-site volunteer group (e.g., corporate, community, or Give Back Bus), and/or
  • Donated, assembled Volunteer in a Box kits for distribution to the people you serve.

We review each request carefully and do our best to meet community needs; however, submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment. Project and kit selections are made at the sole discretion of Volunteer Fox Cities and depend on alignment, timing, volunteer availability, resources, and logistics.

Before You Begin: Eligibility & General Guidelines

For Volunteer Group Project Requests:

Your proposed project should meet the following guidelines:

  • Eligible Organizations: Must be a registered nonprofit or charitable entity.

  • Nonpartisan / Non-proselytizing: Organizations should not be political or strictly religious in nature. (Faith-based organizations that serve the broader community without proselytizing are welcome.)

  • Project Length: Designed for approximately 2–3 hours of volunteer engagement unless otherwise noted

  • Meaningful Work for All: Provide enough hands-on, purposeful tasks to keep all volunteers engaged for the full project window. Please consider this when estimating volunteer count.

  • Indoor / Outdoor: Projects may be indoors or outdoors. If outdoors, please identify a backup indoor option when possible.

  • On-Site Representation: A representative from your organization must be present the entire time to provide instructions, oversee the work, take photos, and—if time allows—share more information about your mission or provide a tour.

  • Educational Materials Encouraged: Brochures or other materials that help volunteers learn more about your organization are welcome.

For Volunteer in a Box Kit Requests:

If you are requesting donated, assembled kits:

  • Tell Us What You Need: Describe the type(s) of kit and the items you would like included.

  • Final Kit Selection: The specific kit(s) produced are ultimately chosen by the volunteer groups assembling them, so we cannot guarantee every requested kit type will be selected.

  • Quantity: We will make every effort to fulfill your requested number of completed kits, but we cannot guarantee the exact quantity.

  • Delivery / Pickup: If delivery of finished kits is not available, a representative from your organization may be asked to pick them up.

Common kit examples include: hygiene kits, snack packs, fleece tie blankets, teacher & volunteer appreciation kits, and more.
